Why we love it:
"A celebration of both individuality and community, I Am a Cat is a strong debut that shows we’re all more alike than we think . . . if we look closely enough" -Abrams Publishing
This lovely tale speaks of many morals to impart to our little one. It places emphasis on inclusion, a very relevant topic today, and relays the message of anti-discrimination to the children. We particularly fell in love with the protagonist in this books, Simon, who stands his ground and exudes an exemplary example of self-esteem without being pompous and conceited. This book is perfect in teaching our children how to deal with similar scenarios. /32 pages
