Refunds (if applicable)

Products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

The Chameleon Reader goes through a stringent quality control process in Taiwan to ensure that the product meets the highest safety and operational standards.

We personally check all products are in good condition before shipping is arranged. In the unfortunate case that the product is damaged while on delivery, we will arrange with you for a replacement piece as soon as possible.

The above arrangement is valid for 3 days upon receipt of the damaged product.
